Enjoy our brand new, 2023 built villa in Lourdata village! Our villa is located 22 min driving from EFL airport. 3 to 5 min driving from Lourdas beach, Vlachata, Lourdata, Trapezaki villages with plenty of restaurants, cocktail bars within minutes. Argostoli, the capital of Kefalonia is 24 min driving. Big supermarkets like AB or Lidl are 20 min drive. Is a state of the art, top quality property. The ideal choice for your vacation in Kefalonia. Its not to be missed!

Other things to note

Please note!

That on short term rentals in Greece according to law, we provide you with clean linens (bedheads, towels, pillows etc) for your arrival. We have equipped our flat with washing machine for you to use it during your stay. We do not provide you cleaning service during your stay.

Also, check our house rules please:

1) Not allowed to use the villa as an event space for parties or weddings or anything which has more then 6 guests inside.

2) Please note that this is a NO smoking property. You should never smoke or leave smoked ccigarettes inside, its really a big problem for us and is likely that we will lose the next reservation as the smell needs several dayes to go away. Thank you!

3) Also please DO NOT wash the sand from the beach inside the house and inside the bathroom. This will make the bathroom drainange stop and it will flood. If this happens we will need to call and pay for a plumber to fix it.

4) All towels are for in house use only. If they are damaged from sun lotion or make up or outside use well need to buy new ones to replace them.

5) Always wash any sun oil lotion, or sand from your body before entering the pool.

6) Pool jumps are not allowed.

7) Respect the check in and check out times. The cleaning service we are cooperating with will charge us for waitting, if you havent checked out on time.
