We are an independent, Greek property management company working with an ethos to “provide amazing properties, in the best locations, at great value”.
As the Kefalonia’s leading property accommodation provider, we put our property owners and customers at the heart of everything we do. Established since 2016, you can be sure your property management is in experienced, safe hands. Our clients’ comfort and welfare are of the upmost importance and it is a company requirement that we work together with our experienced in-resort staff, GR-based staff and owners to ensure that the client comes first and their expectations are not only fulfilled but exceeded in both quality and service.
We contracted our first property in 2016 and started holiday lettings. It was always full, owners loved how we cared for both the property and for their needs. We quickly realised that if we offer better property than other companies, our clients will have a better holiday, and come back to us. This philosophy, along with the commitment to our property owners and suppliers of making payments on time, flexibility and cooperation, have all been contributing factors to our success.
All our Properties have a dedicated team. Primarily for the wellbeing of our clients but they are always available to discuss any aspect of your property and the day-to-day running of the programme. The team speak the local and English language and most have been based in the destination for a number of years.
