Two minutes away from the seafront area of Argostoli’s traditional harbour and many beautiful beaches within a 5 – 10 minute driving distance. Kefalos local theatre is 10 minutes walking. Free public street parking next to the property.

Situated within a brand new building constructed in March 2023. Fully equipped with all the amenities you may need during your stay, such as: TV, AC, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with stove and oven. kitchenware, coffee machine, electric kettle. Bathroom heating is available as well.
