Newly renovated one bedroom flat with balcony and private parking. Near walking distance to Ragia beach and all restaraunts and cafes in Poros village. Is the ideal flat for couples, friends or solo travellers!

Other things to note

Please note! That on short term rentals in Greece according to law, we provide you with clean linens (bedheads, towels, pillows etc) for your arrival. We have equipped our flat with washing machine for you to use it during your stay. We do not provide you cleaning service during your stay.

Also please make sure you understand and respect the following house rules.

1) Please note that this is a NO smoking property. You should never smoke or leave smoked ccigarettes inside, its really a big problem for us and is likely that we will lose the next reservation as the smell needs several dayes to go away. Thank you!

2) Also please DO NOT wash the sand from the beach inside the house and inside the bathroom. This will make the bathroom drainange stop and it will flood. If this happens we will need to call and pay for a plumber to fix it.

3) Towels are for in house use only. If they are damaged from sun lotion or make up or outside use well need to buy new ones to replace them.

4) Respect the check in and check out times. The cleaning service we are cooperating with will charge us for waitting, if you havent checked out on time.
