About this space

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Open plan Art studio i owned by a local artist with many of her artworks displayed within the property is a newly built ground floor studio, of a two storey building in Fiskardo, just a few minutes walk from the fishing village centre, two beaches and an archaeological roman site. A perfect place to stay and explore the North of Kefalonia. The Art Studio Lower is a 30 second stroll from the sea where you can swim off the rocks.

The space

This newly built open plan studio is bright and airy with a little kitchenette, table and chairs, corner sofa and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and W.C. There is a large double bed and wardrobe. Outside there is and a private outdoor space with built-in sofa.

Zavalata Beach and Foki Beach are a short walk away, both are easy to access and great for swimming. Wander the cobble streets of Fiskardo where you can eat breakfast, lunch and supper at one of the many tavernas. Browse the boutique shops, watch the boats come and go, take a walk to the old lighthouse...the choice is yours, there is plenty to see and do.

Other things to note

Please make sure you understand and respect the following house rules.

1) Please note! That on short term rentals in Greece according to law, we provide you with clean linens (bedheads, towels, pillows etc) for your arrival.

2)We do not provide you cleaning service during your stay.

3) One key is provided. We do not provide a second key.

4) Please note that this is a NO smoking property. You should never smoke or leave smoked ccigarettes inside, its really a big problem for us and is likely that we will lose the next reservation as the smell needs several days to go away. Thank you!

5) Also please DO NOT wash the sand from the beach inside the house and inside the bathroom. This will make the bathroom drainange stop and it will flood. If this happens we will need to call and pay for a plumber to fix it.

6) Towels are for in house use only. If they are damaged from sun lotion or make up or outside use well need to buy new ones to replace them.

7) Respect the check in and check out times. The cleaning service we are cooperating with will charge us for waitting, if you havent checked out on time.
