Brand new 1 bedroom flat finished in 2019. It has 3 different spaces and a bar style balcony with stunning views of the city of Argostoli, the sea front, historic stone bridge and the mountains with wind mills. I personally designed and built it mostly by myself.

The flat’s entry is on the first floor, however due to Argostoli’s amphitheatric topography, the view from the balcony is in the 3rd floor, which creates the opportunity to see wide views from most of Argostoli city. Just 5 min downhill walking to Argostoli (capital of Kefalonia).

• Pay 50% in advance with a refund (minus bank fees) if you cancel within 48 hours from reservation.

• Pay the remaining balance 30 days before check in date. (Well send you a reminder email)
