Our 2 bedrooms guest house is ideally built and equipped to offer maximum comfort and relaxation. The nice views of the Ionian sea along the aromas of the surrounding carefully picked flowers and the amenities of this lovely house will turn your holidays into a magical trip. Located at the southern tip of the island, just a few mins,drive to the sandy beaches and unspoiled places of & the svoronata village where there are many tavernas and mini markets.Villa new fully equipped Villa crafted to serve your ever highest relaxing expectations, offering the ultimate place for your ideal summer holidays. It is located in Svoronata, 3 min from the airport and just 10 minutes driving distance from Kefalonia’s capital Argostoli, forming a strategic point for your daily explorations throughout the island. The lovely house is brand new, built and finished in 2019 has all kind of amenities found in Villas. Designed and built with the highest quality and respect for the environment. Inside the house, you can find 2 separate bedrooms, one with double bed and king size bed ,also sofa bed. Two bedrooms has one very clean bathroom with shower and WC,and mirror furniture. A great variety of amenities are also found such as individual reading lamps next to the bed, lights for the kitchen and the outside space, for warm water during your stay, great comfort mattresseswith latex, the kitchen is fully equipped: a powerful oven and stoves, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, espresso coffee machine, washing machine laundry for plates,disches,and many more. Finally, powerful AC units in each room will ensure a pleasant cool stay for the hot summer nights/days.

Outside you can find two large shaded veranda and a great lounge 3 sets of wood furniture that offers maximum shade for the hot summer days to enjoy the views, ideal for launch diner coffe relaxing,and admire the nature and the sun.There is also private parking space for your and a nice garden to enjoy.

The Villa is located in a large property sharing the parking area.

Once you check in, the house is fully at your access, feel like home!The master gate gives access to the paved driveway leading to the villa’s parking space. Ideal for singles, couples, friends, and families with children. Bed linen & towels are provided.
As you arrive, the eye is drawn to the stunning, vibrant hues of the striking landscape. Clear blue sky, deep blue seas, rich, green rural tranquillity and the dramatic, craggy back-drop of Kefalonia’s nature.

The main front door opens onto an open-plan lounge and kitchen area, which has all of the modern appliances you would expect to find. From the seating area patio doors open onto a large shaded veranda which overlooks the landscape . Also on the first floor you will find toilet and shower room.Upstairs you will find the master bedroom, with double bed and a toilet and shower and another twin bedroom. Both have patio doors open onto a large shaded terrace, perfect for al fresco dining.

Guest access

All the house 105 sm two foor maisonette and all amenities and facilities are available to our guests,very well organized with brand new and expensive furniture strategic place to discover the island and very friendly and hospitallity people always neat to guest ..

Other things to note

Ms Kiriaki is living in independent separe place of the property and she is available with out disturbing, to offer at our guest any possible kind of help and keeping the privacy of hostages.
